Learn the art of breaking down half a lamb or pig first hand in this three hour private lesson or a small group with one of our head butchers.
Maximum course size 3 people.
This is the most hands on of our three courses.
On making your choice of lamb or pig, you will learn how to break the animal down in to all the classic joints and cuts.
There is also ample opportunity to learn about the provenance of the animal and understand how best to translate your butchery skills to the kitchen at home.
All of the meat you butcher is yours to take home at the end of the lesson.
The class is run in all 3 stores; Fulham, South Kensington and Putney.

Currently, under COVID guidelines PPE must be worn by all attending the course.
This is a hands on experience and not a demonstration. Therefore you will be getting involved.
