2021 is Parson's Nose Cooking on Fire year.
In March and April 2021, we will be holding some very exclusive workshops in Parsons Green.
We have pulled together the Ultimate team of teachers including some of the biggest "Cooking on Fire" personalities in the UK today as well as the biggest brands in outdoor cooking equipment.
The workshop will run from 9am to 5pm and will include everything you need to know about; choosing your charcoal, which BBQ to use, hood or no hood, direct and indirect heat and a whole lot more.
This is not just about learning, it's about hands on doing and you will be making a range of different foods from dirty steaks, to the perfect ribs, char grilled vegetables to risotto. It truly is an amazing day.
There will be lesson plans, recipes, charcoal and some meat to take home with you at the end of the day.
