Parson’s Nose first graced the streets of Fulham in 2007, with one ambition in mind- to bring back the traditional butchers shop that was so loved from our childhood memories. At Parson’s Nose, a family-run business, we have tried to do this fond memory justice- by sourcing the finest free-range meats and artisanal products and combining that with knowledgeable and personal service from the best butchers in town.

Today you will find Parson’s Nose in the heart of Fulham, Putney and South Kensington, three wonderfully distinct shops that provide consistently excellent service and are often visited by regulars, who are greeted by name by our experienced and friendly teams. Despite our expansion, Parson’s Nose has retained the core values that have made our butchers the one to visit: a passion for food, innovation and service we can be proud of.

At Parson’s Nose, we are constantly improving and innovating our pantry selection and meats, with exotic produce like our Alcubilla Cebo Iberian Ham and Spicy Chimichurri, as well as classics such as our Award Winning, good ol’ fashioned British sausages-which we make by hand. At all of our shops, our butchers are full of expertise, and ready to answer any questions you may have, from grilling Chicken Supremes to football to our excellent animal welfare standards.

Not big on meat? No problem. We have shelves stuffed to the brim with artisanal produce, from French cheeses (we promise you can make one hell of a cheeseboard here at Parson’s Nose), to North African sauces, to seasonal veg and other delicious titbits. Enjoy pie? We have Award Winning pies.
