In this episode, Jane makes sweet cinnamon eggy bread. This favourite breakfast meal is a very simple recipe needing very little preparation time or effort and is perfect for a lazy morning. 

INGREDIENTS

2 tsp oil

2 slices white bread

2 eggs

Splash milk

1 tbsp sugar

Cinnamon

METHOD

Beat the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.

Heat a frying pan over a medium heat.

Dunk a piece of bread in the egg mixture, allow the excess to drip off, and carefully place into the hot fat.

Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and fry the underneath until golden brown.

Flip and sprinkle the second side with cinnamon, and serve.
