To serve onion gravy, gently heat the gravy in a saucepan over a low to medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot and smooth. Take care not to boil. Serve alongside roast beef, sausages, pork, or other hearty dishes for a rich and savoury accompaniment with sweet, caramelised onion flavour.
