OPUS oléa is a single-origin extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Koroneiki olives, hand-harvested in Messinia, southern Greece. Pressed within hours of picking, this olive oil is naturally high in polyphenols and was certified by the World Olive Centre for Health awarded the Gold Award from the Global Olive Oil Awards.
Naturally high in polyphenols and with exceptionally low acidity, this oil is both flavourful and rich in protective antioxidants. Sustainably farmed, non-GMO, gluten-free and free from chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
