Based in the South East near Brighton, Georgia Stait, known by her followers as The Vegan Pixie, is a massive foodie that loves to share her passion for plant-based food on Instagram. Have you ever tried peanut butter in a burger? Being a peanut butter lover, The Vegan Pixie believes PB goes with anything! With the addition of chilli, salsa and the The Vegetarian Butcher 'Chickened Out Burgers', this burger is a quick way to spice up a lunch time bun.

  • 1 pack of The Vegetarian Butcher Chickened Out Burgers

  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 pot of salsa
  • Lettuce
  • 3 tbsps of peanut butter
  • 1 chilli


  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan on a medium heat add in the No Chick patties and buns to toast the slightly

  2. Whilst they a frying, break off some lettuce leaves and set aside
  3. Finely chop the chilli and add to the peanut butter!
  4. Once burgers are cooked through, assemble!
  5. Bun, salsa, lettuce, patty, chilli PB
  6. Serve with salad and/or fries and enjoy!
