Your children will learn how to cook (from scratch!) tasty and balanced meals with Flo, the founder of Kids En Cuisine and the author of Cook with Flo. The classes are designed for their little fingers from how to hold a knife properly when they cook, to taste their final dishes. A lot of fun and a unique way of teaching will make your children happy in your kitchen.

Flo invites your children to discover savoury muffins as a healthy alternative for snacking.

They will learn different cooking techniques from holding a knife to grating a carrot.

Tasty and light, these muffins have been a “must” to-do in Flo’s cookery school. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g plain flour 10cl olive oil

  • 10cl milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 100g of grated mozzarella
  • 1 tbs of cumin
  • 1 tbs of baking powder

METHOD:

  1. Preheat your oven at 180C

  2. Peel and grate the carrot. Keep it on the side for later.
  3. Dice the pepper and keep it aside.
  4. In the mixing bowl, add the flour, crack the eggs and stir.
  5. Add the milk, the olive oil and the cheese. Mix them together.
  6. When the mixture is smooth, add the cumin, salt, black pepper, the baking powder,
  7. grated carrot and pepper. Combine.
  8. Pour the mixture in the muffin tray and put it in the oven.
