In this episode, Jane shares her recipe for creamy bacon and mushroom noodles. This is a fantastic recipe for entertaining without the stress, or for a simple night in at home for one when you're not camping. 

INGREDIENTS

2 tsp oil

3 rashers streaky bacon, chopped

½ onion, finely sliced

8 button mushrooms, sliced

300g straight to wok noodles

100g pack cream cheese

METHOD

Heat the oil in a pan and add the bacon, onion and mushrooms. Fry together for a few minutes until cooked through.

Add in the noodles, tossing well to heat them through.

Finally add in the cream cheese and gently stir through until it is a melted, creating a thick, creamy sauce.
