In this episode, Jane shows you how to make this one pot stove top ham and cheese toastie. The perfect comfort food, this toastie will warm you up from the inside out.

INGREDIENTS

2 pieces of bread

100g of cheese (sliced)

Mustard

50g butter

METHOD

Butter both pieces of bread. Lay the cheese on one buttered half, pile the ham on the top.

Spread the second piece of buttered bread with the mustard and assemble the sandwich.

Butter the top of the sandwich then place the buttered side down into the hot pan.

Let cook until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip and cook the second side and cook for a couple more minutes.
