William Chew is an enthusiastic foodie who enjoys food with full bold flavours with a touch of spice.
As an adopted Yorkshire lad from Malaysia, Will set out on a journey to share his beautiful culture through food right after university.
He is also the heart of Mak Tok - a little food company that makes Malaysian artisan chilli paste (better known as sambal by us foodies) that was featured on the popular TV series, BBC Dragons’ Den.
