This is part of our BBQ range. It is a whole chicken breast which has been marinated in one of 9 amazing marinades to give a deep and flavourful taste.
This is best on the BBQ, but equally is perfect in the oven.

To cook a marinated chicken breast. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with vegetables, salad, or your favourite side dish.
