Christmas isn't Christmas without Pigs in Blankets. After the Turkey, it is the Christmas meal essential.
Parson's Nose own sausage and bacon make for the perfect addition to the main event and even better as a leftover hash.
The bacon is hand dry cured in traditional methods and smoked with beachwood chipping.
The sausages are made from South Downs acorn fed pigs and are the perfect pairing with the bacon.
They come in packs of 500g each (approx 12), which will be enough for 2/3 people.
