To use pre-made vegetable broth, gently heat the broth in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until hot. Use as a base for soups, sauces, risottos, stews, or other savoury dishes to add a rich and flavourful depth. Serve hot or use directly in cooking as required.
