  • 500g of Parsons Nose premium minced beef

  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced

  • 1/2 cup diced red onions

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 8 small taco shells or soft tortillas

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
