Ultimate Butchery Masterclass

Learn some of the classic joints and cuts in this two hour private lesson or small group with one of our head butchers.

Maximum course size 3 people.

You will learn a number of practical butchery skills from boning and rolling to jointing and stuffing.

All of the meat you butcher is yours to take home at the end of the lesson.

The class runs at all three stores; Fulham, South Kensington and Putney. The sessions last about 2-3 hours.

Currently under COVID guidelines PPE must be work by all attending the course.

This is a hands on experience and not a demonstration. Therefore you will be getting involved.
