Parson's Nose own Bramley Apple sauce, a wonderful accompaniment to rich meats, such as pork and goose.

Bramley Apple (51%), Preservative, Sodium Metabisulphite, Water, Sugar, Thickener (Modified Maize Starch), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative, (Potassium Sorbate (SULPHITES))

To use apple sauce in a recipe, substitute it for oil or butter to create a healthier, moist texture in baked goods. Mix apple sauce into cake, muffin, or brownie batters in equal amounts to the oil or butter. It adds natural sweetness and flavour. Use it as a topping for pancakes, porridge, or yoghurt. Combine apple sauce with cinnamon and spread it on toast or use it as a filling for pastries. It also pairs well with pork dishes, adding a tangy sweetness. Ensure to reduce the sugar slightly in your recipe, as apple sauce is naturally sweet.
