Everything that you need to make this at home.
Included:
500g Chicken Thighs (boneless and skinless)
500g baby potatoes
Alioli
Belazu Smoked Paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
2. Add chicken thighs to a roasting tray
3. Halve the baby potatoes and scatter around the chicken
4. Add three tablespoons of Alioli and spread on top of the chicken and potatoes
5. Sprinkle over one teaspoon of smoked paprika
6. Roast for 40 to 45 mins, turning the potatoes once, until cooked through
7. Rest for five minutes before serving and place some Aioli on the chicken before serving
8. Serve with a simple salad or vegetables
