Garlic and Rosemary Lamb

Lamb leg (1.5kg - 1.75kg or 1.75kg - 2kg)

Parson’s Nose lamb stock

Garlic bulb

Fresh rosemary

Onion

Olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c
Season lamb Salt, pepper, olive oil
Sear hard in a frying pan 3–4 mins until browned
Add to a roasting tray

Crushed garlic

Rough chopped onion
-
Rosemary
Add splash of stock
Place the lamb in roasting tray
Place in the oven and roast 20 minuted per 500g + an extra 20 minutes for Medium Rare. Longer for well done.
Rest for 20 minutes before serving
