British Lamb
Our prime racks of free range British lamb are a delicious treat for the midweek or centre piece for any dinner party.
We recommend a simple herb crust, sealed in the pan and then finished in the oven until blushing, pink. Rest and then slice in to succulent cutlets to serve.
All of our aged lamb is high welfare, free range, prime British lamb. Responsibly reared in the Glens of Scotland and South Downs.
