Join our chef, Camilla, for a festive masterclass on how to perfect your Thanksgiving or Christmas meal. In this demonstration class, Camilla will take you through how to:
- Roast a succulent turkey with crisp skin
- Cook a gammon
- Master the classic sides that can be prepped ahead of time
Expect plenty of tips on timing, oven space, and stress-free serving, along with a light meal of everything Camilla has prepared with wine supplied our partners, Lea and Sanderman.
All our tips and tricks will be included in our festive recipe booklet that you can take home at the end of the class.
This Demonstration will be hosted at our Studio on Heathman's Road, Parsons Green and will run from 7pm to 9pm.
