This is a classic British dish, but made with the very best beef chuck pieces and short rib mince to give a truly unique taste and texture.
This is a meaty, but balanced Cottage Pie, packed with Maris Piper potatoes and two of the best cuts from our Scottish beef.
We have tried to create as honest a meal as possible with There no added sugars or nasties and only a pinch of salt and pepper to season. This is the ultimate meal cheat without the guilt.
Season to taste and serve as it is or with some vegetables.
Ingredients:
Beef, Potato, Onion, carrot, Celery, Garlic, Butter, Double cream
Mature cheddar, Tomato puree, Thyme, Flour, Cornflour
Rosemary, Beef stock, Bay leaf, Black pepper, Salt
Worcestershire sauce

Dairy, Gluten, Fish (Worcestershire sauce), Celery
Cooking instructions:
Pre heat oven to 180oC
Remove film
Place dish on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven
Cook for 25 - 30 mins until hot through and mash browned on top
