Cooking instructions
To cook the perfect T-bone steak, start by seasoning the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a heavy-based frying pan until very hot. Add a splash of oil and a knob of butter. Once the butter is foaming, place the steak in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, turning only once. For a medium steak, cook for 4 minutes each side. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes on a warm plate, covered with foil. Serve with your choice of sides, such as grilled vegetables or a fresh salad, and enjoy the succulent, tender meat.
