Our butchers butterfly the leg and then marinate it in our own mixture of olive oil, rosemary and garlic which sinks into the meat and gives a wonderful deep flavour to the meat.
These are perfect for the BBQ or oven roast. Best served a little pink.
The leg will come in at approximately 2kg-2.5kg
