The price is for one whole salmon, gutted and scaled.
The fish come as whole fish in 2 sizes.
If you would like our fishmonger to fillet into 2 sides or portion the fish up. Please fill in the order notes on the "Basket' section when you are ready to check out and we will prepare this for you free of charge.
