We buy directly from the Scottish farmers on the West Coast of Scotland, who have been producing some of the finest salmon that you can find for generations.
Parson's Nose salmon carries the Royal Warrant for the Queen.
Due to the nature of fresh fish deliveries, we have very limited stock on Mondays and would recommend ordering for Tuesday - Sunday deliveries.

To cook a 1kg side of salmon, preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the salmon skin-side down on a lined baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and add lemon slices or fresh herbs if desired. Roast for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, or a fresh salad for a delicious and flavourful meal.
