Cooking instructions
To cook a Barnsley chop, season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Reduce the heat and cook for another 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer well-done. Rest the chops for a few minutes before serving.
