The NEW Parson's Nose Burger.

A true honest burger, made from only the very finest free range, grass fed and aged beef.

These literally are just beef and you will need to season to taste.

80% pure beef chuck steak

20% dry aged beef short rib trim

You can cook them in a pan or a grill.  We would strongly recommend that you do not over cook them and eat them straight away.

Don't forget to season to taste.

To cook the perfect beef burger, follow these steps: 1. Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat. 2. Divide ground beef into equal portions and gently shape them into patties, making a small indentation in the center of each. 3. Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper. 4. Place patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness. 5. Avoid pressing down on the patties to retain juices. 6. Optionally, add cheese during the last minute of cooking and toast buns. 7. Assemble your burger with desired toppings and serve hot.
