To use Belazu Tagine Paste, start by heating some oil in a large, heavy-based pan. Add diced onions and cook until soft. Stir in the Belazu Tagine Paste, allowing it to cook for a minute to release its flavours. Add your choice of meat, such as lamb or chicken, and brown it on all sides. Add chopped tomatoes, stock, and vegetables like carrots and courgettes. Simmer gently for 1-2 hours until the meat is tender and the sauce is rich. Serve with couscous or rice, garnished with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice for added zest.
