British Chicken

Boneless chicken thighs. Fattier than the breast and with deeper flavour.

100% Chicken

- Preheat the oven to 180°C. - Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. - Season with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. - Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking tray. - Add a small amount of chicken broth or water to the tray. - Cover the tray with foil to lock in moisture. - Bake for 25-30 minutes covered. - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes. - Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 75°C. - Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
