To cook chicken legs, preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs, such as rosemary or thyme. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is golden and crispy, and the meat is cooked through. Check they are done by ensuring the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
