Cooking instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or spices.
- Coat with olive oil or melted butter to retain moisture.
- Place chicken in an oven-safe dish or on a baking tray.
- Add a splash of chicken broth or water to the dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil to trap steam.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
