Cooking instructions
To cook diced veal, start by seasoning the veal pieces with salt and pepper. Heat a splash of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the veal and brown it on all sides, cooking for about 5-7 minutes. Remove the veal from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add chopped onions, garlic, and any other desired vegetables. Sauté until softened. Return the veal to the pan, add stock or wine, and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes to an hour, until the veal is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
