Cooking instructions
To cook diced pork, heat a splash of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is browned on all sides. For a simple stir-fry, add sliced onions, peppers, and garlic, cooking until the vegetables are tender. Alternatively, transfer the browned pork to a casserole dish, add vegetables and stock, then cover and bake at 180°C for 1-1.5 hours until the pork is tender. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
