Boneless Brisket. Ideal for pot roast or slow cook barbecue.

100% Beef

To cook brisket, season the meat with salt, pepper, and your preferred spices. Preheat your oven to 150°C. Heat oil in a large, oven-safe pot and sear the brisket on all sides until browned. Remove the brisket and sauté onions, garlic, and carrots in the same pot. Return the brisket, add beef stock and a splash of red wine until the meat is partially submerged. Cover with a lid and cook in the oven for 3-4 hours, or until the brisket is tender. Rest the meat for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the vegetables and cooking juices.
