Tender and succulent our lamb shanks are taken from the knuckle of the hind leg. Ideal for slow cooked stews, roasting or slow braising in red wine.
We recommend one per person, cooked long enough so that the meat falls off the bone.
All of our aged lamb is high welfare, free range, prime British lamb. Responsibly reared in the Glens of Scotland and South Downs.
