Cooking instructions
To cook chicken drumsticks, start by preheating your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, and your preferred herbs or spices. Place them on a baking tray lined with foil. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is golden and crispy and the meat is cooked through (juices run clear, and internal temperature reaches 75°C). Let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or your favourite dipping sauce.
