Cooking instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Pat cod steaks dry with paper towels.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Place cod steaks in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix 100ml cream, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill.
- Pour the sauce over the cod steaks.
- Cover the dish with foil to keep the moisture in.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes to slightly thicken the sauce.
- Serve immediately, spooning sauce over the fish.
