Sea Bream

Sea bream is incredibly versatile white meat fish and is perfect baked, fried or steamed.

These are not British fish, but we work closely with fishmongers in Europe to bring you the very best and fresh Sea Bream.

Price is for one whole Sea Bream (gutted and scaled).

100% Sea Bream (FISH)

- Preheat the oven to 200°C. - Clean and pat the sea bream dry. - Score the fish on both sides and season with salt, pepper, and lemon slices in the cavity. - Place fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. - Prepare a sauce with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme), lemon juice, and white wine. - Pour sauce over the fish, ensuring it is well-coated. - Cover the tray with foil to keep the fish moist. - Bake for 20-25 minutes. - Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. - Ensure fish flakes easily with a fork. - Serve with remaining sauce spooned over.
