Cooking instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Clean and pat the sea bream dry.
- Score the fish on both sides and season with salt, pepper, and lemon slices in the cavity.
- Place fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Prepare a sauce with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme), lemon juice, and white wine.
- Pour sauce over the fish, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Cover the tray with foil to keep the fish moist.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Ensure fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with remaining sauce spooned over.
