First, dip the food in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally coat it evenly with Crunchy Crumbs breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan until hot, then fry the coated food until golden and crispy. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through. Crunchy Crumbs can also top casseroles, gratins, or macaroni cheese for added texture. Mix with herbs and parmesan for a tasty crust on baked fish or chicken.
