Mediterranean Fish

Sea Bass is a light fish, with a delicate flavour and full of Omega 3.  

It is best pan fried, baked or cooked on a grill.   Sea bass has an attractive silvery skin with seriously hard scales which need to be removed before cooking.

The price is for one whole fish, scaled and gutted.

100% Sea Bass (FISH)

- Preheat oven to 200°C. - Clean and pat dry the sea bass. - Season with salt, pepper, and lemon slices inside the cavity. - Place sea bass on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. - Mix 100 ml olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. - Pour the sauce over the fish, ensuring even coverage. - Cover the fish loosely with foil to retain moisture. - Bake for 20-25 minutes. - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes. - Ensure the fish flakes easily with a fork. - Serve immediately with the remaining sauce.
