Mediterranean Fish
Sea Bass is a light fish, with a delicate flavour and full of Omega 3.
It is best pan fried, baked or cooked on a grill. Sea bass has an attractive silvery skin with seriously hard scales which need to be removed before cooking.
The price is for one whole fish, scaled and gutted.
