Cooking instructions

- Place sea bass on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Mix 100 ml olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the sauce over the fish, ensuring even coverage.
- Cover the fish loosely with foil to retain moisture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Ensure the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with the remaining sauce.
